How do you know the origin of your gemstones and diamonds?

We take great care to ensure our products are ethically and responsibly sourced. We personally source rough gemstones directly at mines around the world and polish stones in Bangkok, Jaipur, and our NYC offices.

Are your diamonds genuine and conflict free?

All of the diamonds we use are 100 percent natural and conflict-free. We hand-select only ideal cut diamonds of the highest make.

Jewelry Care

How do I care for my Valani Atelier jewelry?

To keep your jewelry as striking as the day you received it, avoid wearing it while bathing, exercising, or in extreme temperatures. Please avoid direct contact with cosmetics and household chemicals. We provide Valani Atelier signature travel pouches with our jewelry for safe storage as well as a cleaning cloth that can be used to gently wipe and renew a piece.

Domestic Shipping

Valani Atelier offers fully insured, complimentary shipping on all orders within the domestic USA.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping.

For pieces with custom engravings, please allow an additional 5 business days.

For expedited shipping, please select "next day" during checkout; an additional fee may apply.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day.


Valani Atelier insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it has been delivered and signed for at the address you specify. If you have specified a recipient who is not yourself or an address not your own for delivery purposes (e.g., the recipient of a gift or a doorman), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Valani Atelier and transfer of responsibility.

Prior to opening the package, please contact us immediately if there is evidence of damage on the packaging.

International Orders

For international orders, please email and a customer care representative will contact you. Please note that you may be responsible for any international duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees.

PO Boxes

Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes because of insurance and liability considerations.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipping details and tracking number.

Returns and Refunds

Unworn and non-customized items in their original packaging are eligible for a full return. Simply send an email to with your order number and item number within 30 days of receiving your parcel, and a customer care representative will send you a return label.

Returns are processed approximately 5 business days from the date of receipt. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

Customized Items

Please ensure the correct size and style before engraving and finalizing your order. Refer to our ring size guide and detailed item descriptions to verify the dimensions.

Custom engraved jewelry items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Valani Atelier is unable to process standard exchanges. For a different size, style, or color, kindly place another order on the website and return the original item in its original packaging for a full refund.
