Refund policy

We want every Valani piece to be one you treasure. If a piece is not quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
Exchanges and Store Credit
You may request an exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Valani does not offer refunds; we offer exchanges or store credit only, except where we cancel an order as described in our Terms of Service or where the law requires a refund.
Condition
To qualify, a piece must be:
- unworn and unaltered (for example, not resized or engraved), and in the condition you received it;
- returned in its original Valani packaging; and
- accompanied by any certificates, gemological reports and documentation that came with it.
Every returned piece is inspected by our team. If a piece does not meet these conditions, we will return it to you.
Items Not Eligible
- Gift cards.
Bespoke Pieces
Bespoke and custom pieces are made to your specifications. The terms for each commission are set out in its written quotation.
How to Start an Exchange
Please email explore@valani.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will arrange insured return shipping and confirm the next steps. Pieces sent without prior arrangement may not be accepted.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued for the price you paid for the piece and can be used toward any Valani piece.
